So much fun! Rachel, our hostess, was so incredible!! She went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating a birthday and ordered food next door. She graciously offered to walk over and pick it up for us. Everyone has a great time! Bring your friends, your own drinks and have a good time. You will enjoy it.
If you’re looking for a great date night, place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, civil axe is the way to go! They have great music choice in the environment and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend going throughout the day or even late at night.
This place is super great!!! I came to celebrate my bday with my lil people (my babies) and I was welcomed with open arms with my extra little person (grandson)!!! They have a lil space that young ones can play on that are under age. That you for welcoming my crew unlike the other place across town... I won't mention them here but if you check their website I'm post about it...But Civil Axe 🪓 is the bomb!!!
Highly recommend! Came here on a second date, and we had a blast! Super fun, laid-back atmosphere, friendly staff, and overall an incredible experience. Will definitely be back!
The price is high per person. The expericene was fun. The atmosphere was laid back. Wish the music was more pump than pop since your tossing axes. Liked you could bring you own alcohol. We had a very good time with a large group of guys. The building is very basic though. Not alot of frill or decor. This is again an age throwing arena though not a dance hall so don't think it's meant as a complaint. It's just the best way to describe the environment. The staff again was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great night with my friends.
Loved our axe throwing experience!! Jaron, our axe expert, was very helpful and informative. Loved the fact that you can bring in outside food and drinks. I will be back!!
It is nice to experience new, fun activities. It is even better when you can throw sharp objects safely. I had a blast. The instructor was professional and knowledgeable. I will return.
This was our first time to throw axes and we had a blast! Emily was excellent and explained exactly what we needed to do. We chose one hour and it was perfect-so much fun!! We’ll definitely be back!
Axe throwing at Civil was super fun! My wife and I enjoyed our date night experience so much. Our “axepert”, Rachel explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable in the space. I recommend stopping by if you’re looking for something different and fun to do!
